From her college years, Gail has been on her personal life mission to unleash people’s full potential. Growing up in Thailand, Gail understands the limitations and challenges of the Thai education system and has been exploring different ways to improve education for more than 10 years, through various engagements with nonprofit and for-profit organizations. As one of the recent additions to Disrupt, Gail has high hopes that Disrupt, with its innovative business model and passionate team members, will be able to drive sustainable and scalable change in Thailand's education system and beyond.
Prior to joining Disrupt, Gail has been a management consultant at Bain & Company, advising top executive clients and helping them solve the most complex problems facing their organizations. Her clients include the global Fortune 500 companies, whereby she flew over to help them where they were based, and the Top 10 companies in Thailand. Her deep expertise lies in organizational transformation, organization development, leadership development, and capability building. Besides her engagement at Bain, Gail also served as an independent advisor and consultant to different organizations, and occasionally served as a mentor, coach, and facilitator for many rising executives, entrepreneurs, and young professionals.
Recently, Gail has spent two years at Stanford University and at the heart of Silicon Valley, as she decided to solidify her mission to unleash people’s full potential. She had explored and researched various tools and methodologies to help people and leaders from all walks of life to grow, develop, and unleash themselves. Her other lifelong passion, besides education and people development, is art, and she is now exploring ways to use art, creativity, and self-expression to help people unleash their full potential.
