Areas we are interested in

Future of Franchise

Technology has become a crucial part in the Franchise business. Kiosks and Smartphone remote ordering are examples of operational enhancements that make it easier to manage multiple franchise locations. We expect technology to continue to have a profound impact on this industry.

Future of Food Retail Service

Food Retail Service of the future needs to take a step further to become a place where meets innovation meets convenience. The technology will transform the food retail industry by tackling the customers’ needs and solving any inconvenience they face at fast food chains and restaurants.

Future of Dining for the Aging Society

Current food offerings are not tailored to the needs of the aging society where meat-based food is predominantly dominant in most countries. High protein plants or plant-based food would not only be better for their health but also good for the environment. In addition, there is also the problem of mastication and swallowing in which technology can be of great help.

Digitization of Restaurants

Integrate digital technology into restaurant to improve operational efficiency of restaurants and facilitate customer more convenience.

Future of Dining for the Hyper Millennial

Millennials have a strong preference for convenience, they eat at restaurants for the experience and to reflect their social status. Understand what they want and what experience they like is crucial to improving service and offering unique value that Millennials demand.

Delivery 4.0 and Beyond

Revenue in the Online Food Delivery segment is high with an annual growth rate of 21.1%. And the largest segment is Restaurant-to-Consumer Delivery. Fulfillment can be done by the distributors at the beginning, by creating shared kitchen or decentralized the kitchen but ultimately that operation may need to be done by the platform to maintain consistent quality of service with updatable availability, pricing and inventory.

Other areas related to Reinventing Food Retail are also welcomed!
